Volcarona!

I actually designed this for [link]. Using this generator, I was to generate possiblities until I found one I liked, then draw it.

What I ended up really liking was, and I quote, "Design Challenge: Ball gown based on Volcarona (Pokemon)". It was just too much fun to pass up. XD
